TikTok, the popular video creating and sharing app has been removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in India. This comes after a ban on downloading of the app by Madhurai bench of the Madras High Court, which had ordered the central government to ensure this. ByteDance, the company which owns TikTok, had even approached the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the ban, but the top court had refused to intervene and said it would listen to the matter on April 22. TESLA MADE IT HARDER TO BUY ITS CHEAPEST ELECTRIC CAR

Tesla is making it more difficult to buy the $35,000 version of the Model 3 sedan that used to be viewed as pivotal to its growth. The electric-car maker announced another series of changes to its lineup and pricing late Thursday to "simplify vehicle choices." All Tesla vehicles that can be ordered online now come with the driver-assistance system Autopilot standard, the company said in a blog post. The Model 3 with Standard Plus now costs $39,500 with Autopilot included. But along with those adjustments, Tesla is de-emphasising the $35,000 price point promised when it first unveiled the sedan in March 2016. Deliveries of the entry-level models start this weekend - more than six weeks after the company starting taking orders. Customers who want this version from now on won't…

The latest in that list is HMD Global, which recently launched the Nokia True Wireless Earbuds. Priced at Rs. 9,999, the True Wireless Earbuds offer simplicity and ease of use, along with above-average battery life. We review the Nokia True Wireless Earbuds to…

LIFE MAY BE EVOLVING NEAREST EXOPLANETS

science
Life may be evolving on rocky, Earth-like planets orbiting in the habitable zone of some of our closest stars which are bombarded by high levels of radiation, according to a study. Proxima-b, only 4.24 light years away, receives 250 times more X-ray radiation than Earth and could experience deadly levels of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on its surface, said researchers from Cornell University in the US. According to the study, published in the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, life already has survived this kind of fierce radiation on the Earth. All of life on Earth today evolved from creatures that thrived during an even greater UV radiation assault than Proxima-b, and other nearby exoplanets, currently endure.
